STOOPS, SIRENS, & STICKBALL - INDUSTRY CITY

Thank you to everyone who came out to the opening of Stoops, Sirens & Stickball. It was wonderful to spend the evening with friends, family, fellow artists, and members of the community, sharing stories and celebrating together.

Having the opportunity to create work is one thing-getting to share it with the public and be in conversation with such a talented community of artists is something I never take for granted. Each opportunity to exhibit allows the Alternate Sides Art Project to continue to unfold, connecting new communities through shared stories, memories, and place. I'm deeply grateful to everyone who stopped by, spent time with the work, asked thoughtful questions, and shared their own memories and reflections. 

A heartfelt thank you to @tamavis and @artsalon787 for the invitation and for bringing together such a meaningful exhibition celebrating the stories, neighborhoods, and communities that continue to shape us.
